4. How do I clean and maintain my rug?
Vacuum regularly to remove dust. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth. Professional cleaning is recommended once in a while.

5. Do the colors of the rug look the same as in pictures?
We try to capture the most accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

6. Can I return or exchange a rug?

7. How long does delivery take?

International orders: 5–8 working days after dispatch.

Domestic orders: 10–12 working days after dispatch.
